RESPONSIBILITIES To Work as a Product Manager in developing Cloud Based Web Applications To be part of team working on various types of web applications related to Mortgage Finance. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Business to bring ideas to life. Create product solutions for both internal and external end-users; initiate, analyse, propose, launch, and maintain app products. Work with Operations Managers by using data to understand customer behavior and performance of features; be data-driven in estimating size of impact and determining prioritization. Help deliver product solutions with high business impact, working closely with designers and engineers throughout the development process. Also work to ensure that quality assurance testing is done right. Meet regularly with key customer-facing teams to collect and analyse user feedback to shape new product ideas and user requirements. Work closely with the on-ground stakeholders to solve product-related issues. QUALIFICATIONS and experience 5+ years professional experience in Product Engineering Willing to learn new things such as software development, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job. Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization. Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication with good presentation skills.
