Opportunity to work in a global fund in a unique roleOpportunity to work directly with CEOs and senior leaders across various domainsAbout Our ClientThe firm is an international, family-backed evergreen investment company and partners with entrepreneurs who are building the next generation of category-defining brands that will positively impact the consumer sector for years to come.They have 5 offices across the world and focus on growth-stage companies in FMCG, health care, and digital retail.Job DescriptionThe Operating Analyst is a key member of the Operating Partner vertical at the firm, focused on driving and accelerating value creation at its portfolio companies.Their core responsibility is to identify the biggest drivers of value creation at portfolio cos and working closely with Founders, CEOs and Management teams on strategic and operational problem statements addressing those drivers.The Operating Analyst will team up with the Operating Partner and the Investment Partners of Asia region to further this objective. They will also work closely with the global Operating Partner teams in cross-pollinating operating frameworks and tools across geographies.This is a unique role that offers a young professional the opportunity to work directly with CEOs and senior leaders across various domains on the most critical problem statements and opportunities.The OP Analyst will get exposure to multiple facets of value creation (strategy, operations, people, processes, investing), a great degree of autonomy, and the opportunity to deploy their problem solving skills from a position of strength backed by the firms ownership.The Successful ApplicantNeeds to have 1-3 years of consulting experience with a tier 1/2 consulting firmShould be ready to work in a non-investment related role
