Job Overview:

The E-commerce Performance Marketing Strategy Leader will be at the forefront of driving growth and market dominance for our client brands. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing strategic performance marketing plans across various categories. Working closely with our performance marketing execution team and insights team, the leader will provide invaluable guidance to consumer brands on executing performance marketing campaigns strategically. This includes growing market share within categories and fostering category growth through innovative marketing approaches.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive performance marketing strategies tailored to individual brand categories.
  • Collaborate closely with the performance marketing execution team and insights team to identify opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Advise consumer brands on executing performance marketing campaigns strategically to maximize market share and category growth.

Client Advisory and Consultation:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to consumer brands, providing strategic guidance on performance marketing execution across platforms and channels.
  • Analyze category and performance data from our SaaS platform to develop actionable insights and recommendations for clients.
  • Offer cross-platform and cross-functional advice to client brands, including recommendations on e-marketplace focus and advertising strategies.

Category Leadership and Innovation:

  • Partner with leading brands, such as Fevicol, to enhance their performance marketing strategies and maintain category leadership.
  • Drive innovation and best practices in performance marketing to continuously elevate client brands' market positioning and growth trajectory.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Utilize data analytics and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization within client categories.
  • Translate data into actionable strategies and recommendations to drive performance marketing effectiveness and ROI.


Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a focus on performance marketing strategy and execution.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and market share for consumer brands through strategic performance marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including search, display, and social media advertising.
  • Experience working with data analytics tools and platforms to derive actionable insights and inform marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with client brands.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results in the digital marketplace.
