About the role

- This role is part of Process Excellence team in corporate office

- You would be managing and driving cross functional strategic projects for the organization

- You are expected to use analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to design and plan projects, define outcomes

- You would be managing expectations and communication with different stakeholder group - CXOs, HODs, Leads and managers

- You are required to use sound judgement to evaluate and analyze information, and effectively resolve issues

- You would be expected to do field visits to assess situations and impact of projects you are leading

- This would be an individual contributor role and would involve cross functional collaboration to deliver value to business

Key skills required

- First principles thinking

- Self starter and hustler

- Rich experience focused on problem solving and project management

- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

- Expert in working with excels and presentations

- Experience of implementing projects of high value and visibility


- MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 schools will be preferred

- Business advisory consulting experience in Big 4/BDO/GT/ other niche consulting will be preferred

- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
