JOB RESPONSIBILITY ● Building up and leading the “Testing Team” and “Support engineers” at offsite & onsite. ● Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery. ● Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team. ● Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement. ● Responsible for Product Testing (Manual testing, Auto testing, Load/Performance Testing) ● Adherence to standards and procedures related to test script development, testing methodology and documentation (Test case, Test procedures and Test report) ● UAT with customer ● Training/Providing Demo to customers. ● Update Product user manual (as per latest release) ● Resolution of all operational issues of the users for the current solution deployed at the customer premises as reported by customers. ● Coordinate with L3/Dev. Team for resolution/fixing of issue in the product ● Adherence to all the operational procedures/processes ● Interact with customer and stakeholder regarding the resolution of issues. ● Regular weekly/monthly review meeting with customer stakeholder to review overall operational support performance TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE ● Must be well versed with Load testing (J-meter etc.). ● Strong Mobile app testing knowledge (Appium/ Robotium), API testing (SoapUI/ Postman). ● Must be well versed with Selenium/QTP ● Worked on JIRA - must Regards Komal
