Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing customers and coordinating with colleagues during the entire

process.

• Prepare and process various orders through appropriate ticket system and case numbers

accurately.

• Co-ordinating with stores and vendors on stock availability, ensuring timely pickup and

scheduling the delivery.

• Perform troubleshoot on all orders and assist to identify and execute various enhancement

to all management process.

• Ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer all open order and

ensure appropriate order flow.

• Process all customer orders and shipment of products and ensure optimal practices for all

processes.

• Inform the customers regarding the dispute on payment terms and conditions.

• Monitor all vendor performance and evaluate all orders and provide all required approvals.

• Complete outbound calls to established customers in order to resolve open queries.

• Verify all order line and prepare order reports on everyday basis and manage all shipment

and respond to all inquiries for all status order and resolve all customer issues and prepare

efficient schedule for projects.

• Escalating customer complaints.

• Print the Invoice and send to customers as and when necessary.

• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

• Evaluate all weekly metrics and analyse all continuous improvement project and prepare

reports for all requests.

• Monitor and process all returns according to financial requirements.

  • Manage 2000
  • Salesforce
  • Microsoft office
  • Microsoft Outlook



Location- Pune, Maharashtra.



Desired Skills and Experience-

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Excellent Verbal and written English communication.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers .
  • Experience upto 2 years in the order management and customer support in life sciences/pharmaceuticals industry are preferred.
  • Freshers can also apply.
  • Comfortable for working in night shift.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
