Opportunity : Get in the early stages of a Generative AI start-up that is solving a problem that is shared by any company with a large number of end customers. We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Engineer to join our growing team. The Solution Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions that provide superior customer engagement experiences for our clients. Responsibilities : Work closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions. Design, develop, and implement chatbot and support automation solutions using our AI-powered technology. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation or use of our solutions. Provide technical expertise during sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings. Create technical documentation and user guides. Research and recommend new technologies that could improve the platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our solutions with customer systems and platforms. Educate customers on our solutions and how they can leverage them to achieve their business objectives. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. 3-5+ years of experience with software engineering and product development. Knowledge of object-oriented programming and software design principles. Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, etc.) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI is a plus. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
