Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Business Development. The BDE will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as identifying and prospecting new clients, qualifying leads, conducting sales pitches, and building relationships with potential customers. The BDE will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and campaigns.


Qualifications

  • Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business development experience
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the B2B or tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
