We are looking for a dynamic sales stalwart to promote our B2B and Corporate Sales, and Intimate event's. The candidate would be required to interact, coordinate and develop relationships with travel agents, wedding planners, event planners, caterers, decorators, etc to promote sales at our venues.


Responsibilities

  • The candidate will be responsible for carrying out Sales for our Properties at various locations and will be based out of our Gurgaon Office


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Hotel Sales and exposure to Travel Agents who handle Domestic & MICE Markets in Delhi NCR Region


  • Drives revenue to achieve company's top-line goals to include new business from untapped travel agents in Delhi NCR and identifying new targets, and re-soliciting past business leads


  • Need to identify and target key market segments, including corporate clients, group bookings, weddings, events, and leisure travelers


  • To oversee and be in touch with Travel Agents on all aspects of relationship building, negotiation and successful handling of Corporate / FIT / MICE Agents & other Queries in Delhi NCR .

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements in coordination with the Management


  • Actively prospect for new business opportunities through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, and building relationships with domestic travel agents and event planners


  • Respond to inquiries from potential customers promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about availability, rates, packages, and amenities.


  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the property facilities, amenities, and services to effectively promote them to potential customers.


  • Maintain regular communication and build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.


  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry events to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly


  • Achieve or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and occupancy rates as set by the Management


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client information, sales activities, and revenue reports


Qualifications

  • 3+years of experience in hotels sales


  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, travel agents, vendors and internal stakeholders.


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)


  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client events and meetings


  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Travel requirements:

This job will require traveling to properties in Delhi, Gurgaon, Sohna and Faridabad. People with personal transport will be preferred. Reimbursement for travel will be provided.

Working Hours & Days: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM, 6 days a week.
