Job Title : Sales Force Effectiveness Manager (Pharmaceutical Industry) Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager with a background in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales force effectiveness tools, data analytics, and report generation to drive performance improvement initiatives within our sales organization. Key Responsibilities: ·      Sales Force Effectiveness Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales force effectiveness, including territory alignment, sales target setting, incentive compensation design, and performance management. ·      SFE Tools Management: Oversee the utilization of sales force effectiveness tools, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, data analytics platforms, and reporting dashboards. ·      Data Analysis: Analyse sales performance data, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities for sales growth and operational efficiencies. ·      Report Generation: Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, monitor sales force productivity, and evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives. ·      Training and Development: Provide training and support to the sales team on the effective use of SFE tools and best practices for maximizing sales performance. ·      Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT, to ensure alignment of SFE initiatives with business objectives and operational processes. ·      Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine SFE strategies and processes to adapt to changing market dynamics and business needs. Qualifications: ·      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. ·      Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales force effectiveness management within the pharmaceutical industry. ·      Proven track record of successfully implementing SFE strategies and driving sales performance improvement. ·      Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. ·      Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders. ·      Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. ·      Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. ·      Experience with leading CRM systems such as Salesforce or Veeva. ·      Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
