Job Purpose
Perform credit risk assessment of Private Equity/ Hedge Funds/Regulated Funds/REITs for a bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Sound understanding of credit principles, policies and regulations for Regulated Funds, Private Equity Funds, Hedge Funds, and REITS.
- Analyzing financial statement, performance and various legal documents for assessing the credit worthiness of Regulated Funds, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and REITS.
- Prioritizing, centralizing and coordinating with the onshore for establishing the credit lines.
- Ability to perform complex tasks with minimal support from supervisor.
- Ability to inculcate the habit of self-learning and sharing best practices.
- Maintaining strong relationship with the client.
Key Competencies
- Candidate should be flexible to work in the US shift timings.
- Strong understanding of credit principles, policies and regulations.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance or CFA or M. Com or equivalent degree.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task independently under tight timelines and eye for details.
- 5 - 10 year’s relevant experience.
