Performance Marketing Specialist (Kochi) - 6 to 8 Years Experience


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions. You will work closely with other marketing team members to ensure all campaigns are aligned with our overall marketing strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various channels, including Paid Search (PPC), Paid Social Media, Display Advertising, and Email Marketing.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to inform PPC campaigns.
  • Create, optimize, and manage high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • A/B test different ad variations and landing pages to maximize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all online marketing efforts are coordinated and aligned.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new marketing initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in Health Care Industry is an added advantage
  • Experience in UAE market is an added advantage
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social Media, Display Advertising, and Email Marketing.
  • Experience with keyword research, ad copywriting, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and ROI.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
