Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance ROI. Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget. Audience Targeting: Identify and target relevant audience segments through data-driven approaches, including audience profiling and segmentation. Channel Management: Oversee multiple digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing, including Google Ads and Meta Ads. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with the UX/UI team to optimize website and landing page performance to improve conversion rates. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports to track KPIs, provide insights into campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations for future optimizations. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to ensure Panash India remains competitive in the market. Requirements & Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising , preferably in the e-commerce industry. Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns , delivering measurable results and ROI. Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools: Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. Experience with High Budget Campaigns: Demonstrated experience in running ads on a high budget, managing budgets effectively, and delivering results. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Strategic Thinking: Capacity to develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Result-Driven Mindset: Proactive approach towards achieving targets and driving continuous improvement. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and adapt to changing priorities. Salary Range: Rs 6,00,000 to Rs 8,00,000 per annum, based on experience and skills.
