Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Processing of monthly payroll
  • Collecting payroll inputs, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information in the system.
  • Validation of Employee Full & Final settlement & payment and ensuring pay-out within timelines
  • Support and assist continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems.
  • Manage payroll queries and ensure timely responses
  • Manage employee expense report payments
  • Financial accounting of payroll expenses and take care of related accounting requirements
  • Reconciliation of payroll accounts
  • Statutory compliances related to payroll eg PF/Gratuity/Superannuation


Experience: 7 to 10 years


Reporting to: Finance Manager
