Payroll Executive – Senior/Junior

Key Responsibilities: Manage attendance records and ensure compliance with company policies. Process payroll accurately and handle salary & Stipend revisions as per guidelines. Oversee full and final settlement procedures for outgoing employees/Trainees/Apprentices Handle invoicing and purchase order processing efficiently. Generate and analyze MIS reports for management review. Prepare and issue Associate /Employees/Trainees/Apprentices letters as required. Utilize NAPS payroll knowledge to manage payroll for apprentices. Execute NATS processes effectively. Facilitate associate offer and on boarding processes. Update the attendance application of DMCFS payroll tool as needed. Engage associates to enhance their experience and productivity. Address associate benefits inquiries and resolve queries promptly. Demonstrate optional trade sector-wise assessment knowledge as required. Handle associate disciplinary actions and issue disciplinary letters. Manage employee relations-related issues professionally

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 2- 6 years of experience in HR and administration roles. Proficiency in payroll processing software and MS Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Knowledge of labour laws and regulations. Certification in HR management is a plus.
