We are looking for a master multi-tasker, a perceptive & creative person with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all walk in clients & visitors to the company by giving them a tour of the premises, making proposals, handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

To be successful as a Community Associate, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Community Associates must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Community Associates should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

·        Introduction of Paragraph’s concept to walk in professionals

·        Giving a tour of the premises to such professionals

·        Hunting for leads for prospective clients for Paragraph

·        Drafting proposals

·        Drafting agreements

·        Marketing

·        Social Media Marketing

·        Housekeeping management

·        Third party service provider management

·        Vendor management

·        Catering to the needs of in house clients

·        Office administration & management

  • Brand Collaboration and creating a partnering eco system

 

Requirements:

·        Professional experience in customer service, hospitality or retail (not mandatory though)

·        Strong written & verbal communication and people skills (must have)

·        Passion for networking

·        Well-rounded and able to talk about a wide range of topics with ease

·        Highly organized and attentive to detail with the ability to multitask

·        Fun personality, honest, creative, curious, intelligent, hardworking & drive for achievement.
