Responsibilities:


The below is your ideal roles and responsibilities


  • Lead and oversee the sales Department within the call centre.
  • Manage and guide the team leaders, managers and other teams within the sales department.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance targets.
  • Provide coaching and training to the team members to enhance their sales skills
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
  • Analyse sales data's and trends and make informed decisions
  • Managing the entire Telecalling team. hiring/training/developing agents and management team, process: tight operational rigor with best-in-class processes and infrastructure, expertise: build businesses through learning more about the industry and scaling team capabilities
  • Have led large teams (100+ member teams) and managed multiple channels outbound and inbound calling, chat, email etc
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Proven experience in senior sales manager role, preferably in call centre environment
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
  • Good attention to detail and good in data management
