Partnership Associate/Lead

About the Role

A suited individual for this job should have a deep interest in technology and governance, to build and grow the partnerships ecosystem, driving both internal & external initiatives. Our external stakeholders include state, national and international governments; large consulting organizations like Deloitte, PwC, EY; multilaterals like ITU, UN, GIZ; product firms like Whatsapp & BBPS; cloud orgs & startup accelerators. Internally, the person will be working closely with the technology and marketing teams to enable partners. Expect to operate in an environment with a high level of individual ownership, autonomy & growth.

This role is critical to make a scalable impact globally and also help the organization achieve sustainability. This role is instrumental in creating a thriving ecosystem of market players who will build and implement diverse solutions on DIGIT.

Job Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining partnerships.
• Relationship management with stakeholders.
• Own and drive ecosystem engagement initiatives including workshops, training programs & events.
• Provide necessary support to the marketing team to create visibility around these engagements.
• Identify and execute new business opportunities with partners.
• Working with internal teams to resolve partner queries on business, technology, process, and products.
• Program management of workshops and hackathons for partner training and enablement.
• Attend partner events and conferences.

Job Requirements:

• Up to 5 years of overall experience in technology/product organization in a similar role
• Analytical Thinking & Good communication skills
• Work experience in a startup will be preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to run multiple threads & prioritize
• Desire to make an impact at scale

Other preferred requirements :

• Experience working with government or in gov-tech ecosystem
• Experience with IT procurement & drafting MoUs
