Location: Permanent Remote Work from Home in India Experience: 3+ Shift Timings: 12pm - 9:30pm (Summer), 1pm - 10:30pm (Winter) Role and responsibilities Campaign Management Develop and execute Paid Search and Social strategies, collaborating with the Director in strategy review meetings. Plan, launch, and navigate campaign journeys with precision, making sure they align perfectly with client briefs and our standards. Optimism campaigns for direct response, troubleshoot errors, and meet client targets efficiently. Team Management & Development Delegate tasks to Account Executives, managing workloads and expectations for campaign activities. Take responsibility for the technical development of the Account Executive team, providing training and feedback to enhance their skills. Required skills and experience. 3 years + agency experience 3 years + Paid Search experience 3 years + Paid Social experience 3 years + Google Ads experience 3 years + Meta Ads experience Looker Studio experience Experience of keyword research, audience planning and execution Very high level of English communication Experience with international clients!
