Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Hire and develop high performing technical talent with a particular focus on delivering values.
  • Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring health of the project.
  • Organizes cross-functional activities, Manage customer, Onsite resources, fulfilment of requirement.
  • Provide management oversight to several activities running in parallel, address issues/concerns with speed, and enable coarse corrective actions.
  • Report on development status to program stakeholders as needed.


Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • Experience in concurrently handling multiple projects.
  • Should have at least 2 - 3 years of prior experience as Project Leader
  • Experience in Downhole and Cementing Tools.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas Domain is desired.
  • Strong process management, project management, stakeholder management, requirement management and team handling skills
  • Willingness to provide hands on guidance to the project teams as part of steering the projects technically forward.
  • Hands on experience in Project Management Tools (Scheduling, Tracking, Employee engagement, Metrics)
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Ability to understand and take decision on technical proposals.
  • Ability to quickly ramp up with new technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, debugging skills interpretation skills.
  • Self-motivated, good verbal and written communication.
  • Self-driven and proactive.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of highly energetic young engineers, in terms of Quality, Delivery and Performance Management
  • Effective people management skills right from Hiring to Performance, Competency and retention
  • Responsible to manage the projects effectively, with Productivity, Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Working closely with SMEs and Technical Managers to deliver value to customers
  • Managing the customer engagement, meeting rhythms, and relationship
  • Compliance to Company policies and setting a good example to rest of the team


Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, i.e Oil & Gas Industry with 10 to 12 years of working experience
  • Excellent domain knowledge in Upstream operations (Reservoir Engineering, Wells, Geoscience etc.)
  • Highly organised & must pay attention to details
  • Must be able to coordinate the schedules and project details with all the involved stake-holders
  • A strong leader with very good people management skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
