JD: Sales position Perform the following sales activities: * Generate new leads using cold calling, client visits and also by leveraging email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels. * Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities. Accordingly, take the necessary steps to convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads. * Mapping clients requirements, arranging customer meeting and providing customised solutions based on budgets, and other criterion * Fix up meetings with customers either web meetings or face to face * Arranging and organizing seminars and product demos * Participate in webinars, in-person events, conferences and network with peers and target audience to identify sales opportunities. * Initiating and coordinating marketing campaigns in various business and industry segments. * Implementing business development plans for achievement of revenue and profitability targets. * Understanding clients business needs, strategic direction and identifying initiatives that will allow a business to meet those goals. * Analysing market trends, tracking competitors activities and provide valuable inputs internally for business and strategic plans. * Understand how the sales process works and manage the sales pipeline. Research: Youll be required to research the target market during the lead generation activities: * Identify, prepare and update database of companies in India, and other identified regions *Understand the pain points faced by the prospects during communication. Identify if theyre looking for specific features. * Check for competitor products mentioned/used by leads and prospects during communication and the intent behind using them. What You Need: Having 3 to 5 years of experience in Selling IT products and services Have considerable experience in Market Research, Cold Calling, Lead Generation and Face to face meetings with customers across different verticals Interpersonal & Communication Abilities. Strong communication skills are indispensable for Lead Generation executives. Computer Literacy. A street smart candidate.
