All we’re missing is you!Key Performance Areas: Build a close collaborative relationship and confidently engage with product management, product development, and QA teams to quickly build and grow your in-depth knowledge of Forcepoint products and solutions.Collect data and create learning plans by interviewing product specialists, researching written material, attending sprint meetings and demonstrations, using products in lab environments, and observing users. Partner with other team members and your manager to define priorities, plan time required to complete tasks, and identify appropriate approaches and tooling needed to complete assignments.Participate in projects of moderate scope and drive projects through to completion. Support the development and maintenance of a suite of training content for a platform or product and be responsible for creating solution roadmaps across all learning elements, including high-level design, sizing, resourcing, time estimates, and so on. Ensure that training materials created are suitable for the context and environment that we operate in, with differing audience capabilities and levels of technical expertise. Use sound instructional design techniques and leverage content and curriculum development standards to analyze, design, and develop technical training content, courseware and associated certification exams across multiple delivery modalities. Create media assets or leverage existing assets, perform image manipulation/optimization and modification of design layout to suit changes in the content.Work with Forcepoint or partner trainers to participate in beta deliveries of new content and courses and drive continual improvement of assigned courses and content based on feedback.Leverage your experience in technical training lab environment design, development, and testing to create hands-on lab environments using virtualization technologies.Skillfully manage multiple competing projects by effectively managing time expectations and dependencies, while prioritizing daily tasks to create/update/enhance courseware and associated content according to project deadlines.To be successful in this role, we need someone who has: B.S. Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science or similar focus areas, or a degree in Instructional Design along with equivalent technical work experience.At least 4 years of experience gained in executing all phases of technical training curriculum creation (and ideally delivery) for enterprise-class software and services solutions in support of a global software or cyber security company.A superior command of written English language, with a thorough knowledge of spelling, grammar, punctuation rules, sentence structure, and style conventions for published materials.The enthusiasm to thrive as an engaged, collaborative team member in a fast-paced global environment, with the confidence to work independently on multiple projects under tight deadlines and changing conditions.Domain knowledge of cyber security challenges and solutions. Experience with one or more of the core Forcepoint solution areas is a significant plus. A strong understating of networking concepts (such as firewalls, routers, TCP/IP) and SaaS technologiesA strong command of modern adult learning principles, methods, theories, concepts, and techniques.Experience with training content development life-cycle methods (Creation to Retirement)Skills in graphics creation and editing to design standardsSkills in audio and video recording and editing using tools, such as Camtasia, Audacity, etc.Skills in eLearning creation, using Articulate Storyline 360 or similarSkills in HTML editing and the use of style sheetsDon’t meet every single qualification?
