MEP BIM Specialist

We are looking for MEP BIM Specialist to join our team where no two days are alike, and learning is a

constant pursuit!

Experience:

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire

protection.

Skillsets required:

• Revit
• AutoCAD
• BlueBeam
• Carrier HAP or Trane Trace or E20 for heat load calculations
• McQuay Duct Sizer for duct sizing
• Xylem System Syzer for pipe sizing

Certifications preferred:

• IGBC AP
• LEED AP

Responsibilities:

• Ability to prepare detailed technical construction drawings, calculations, and specifications for MEP systems.
• Setting up mechanical, electrical, and plumbing BIM models from early design stages.
• Preparation of HVAC ducting and piping layouts per duct and pipe sizing calculations
• Monitoring the project’s MEP Revit models to make sure company BIM standards are followed.
• Ensure drawings meet local building code compliance as well as client requirements.
• Creating Revit families and performing BIM audits regularly to meet project needs.
• Mentoring and assisting junior MEP BIM Designers.

Tenure:

• 6 months’ probation leading to a permanent position based on performance.
