Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will oversee our IT staffing operations, leading a team of 30 recruitment professionals. This role is crucial for driving business growth through strategic client acquisition in the US, focusing on recruitment outsourcing and IT requirement vendor partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Management: Direct and oversee a team of 30 recruitment staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to recruitment best practices. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and performance.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing and fulfilling their IT staffing needs. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and consistent communication.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and operational excellence. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost management to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Manage risks associated with staffing and recruitment operations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in US IT Staffing and recruitment, with a proven track record in operational management and business development.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
