## Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned QA Lead/Architect with experience in TestIM Tool. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our quality assurance department and ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality before they reach our customers.
## Responsibilities:
1. **Lead** the QA team and establish processes for maximum efficiency.
2. **Design** and implement testing strategies using the TestIM tool.
3. **Develop** and maintain test cases, test plans, and other testing documents.
4. **Coordinate** with the development team to ensure software bugs are addressed in a timely manner.
5. **Report** on the status of quality assurance activities to stakeholders.

## Qualifications:
1. **Bachelor's degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. **5+ years** of experience in software quality assurance.
3. **3+ years** of experience as a QA lead or similar leadership role.
4. **Strong knowledge** of the TestIM tool and its application in software testing.
5. **Excellent** problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
