Supervisory Responsibilities:-  Greet customers warmly, document vehicle concerns, and provide attentive customer service.  Inspect vehicles, explain recommended services clearly, and offer detailed cost estimates.  Schedule service appointments efficiently, coordinating with the service department.  Keep customers informed of service progress, additional repairs, and estimated completion times.  Upsell additional services based on vehicle needs and educate customers on maintenance benefits.  Conduct quality checks on completed work, addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly.  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and financial transactions.  Prepare and submit repair orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.  Conduct follow-ups with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:-  Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile.  Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.  Working knowledge and experience of automotive products, repairs and parts  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.  Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.  Customer-focused with patience and empathy in addressing customer concerns.  The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management.
