Job Overview Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing sales in the real estate industry. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Qualifications and Skills 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales Proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with CRM software and online property listing platforms Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Roles and Responsibilities Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online platforms Prospect potential clients and conduct property tours to showcase available properties Maintain a strong understanding of the real estate market in the local area Negotiate and close sales deals with clients Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
