Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop MongoDB databases, collections, and schemas to effectively store and manage party data for banking clients
- Implement efficient data ingestion, processing, and retrieval workflows using MongoDB features and tools, adhering to banking industry standards
- Optimize MongoDB database performance , including indexing, sharding, and replication strategies, to meet the high availability and low latency requirements of the banking sector
- Ensure data security and compliance , implementing access controls, encryption, and backup/recovery processes in accordance with banking regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance and risk management, to understand data requirements and translate them into MongoDB solutions
- Participate in the continuous improvement of our party data infrastructure, proposing and implementing enhancements to meet the evolving needs of the banking industry
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for MongoDB -powered party data systems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to banking operations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest MongoDB features , best practices, and industry trends, particularly in the banking and financial services sectors
- Work effectively within a large, complex banking organization, adhering to established controls, policies, and procedures
