JD – Payroll Implementation Executive

 

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Payroll Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation process of our payroll software, ensuring seamless integration and efficient configuration to meet their specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll needs, including organizational structure, employee data, pay policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive implementation plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful deployment of payroll solutions.
  • System Configuration: Configure payroll software according to client specifications, including tax codes, deductions, benefits, and reporting parameters.
  • Data Migration: Manage the migration of client data from legacy systems to our payroll platform, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the process.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of payroll functionalities to identify and address any discrepancies or issues prior to deployment.
  • Training and Support: Provide training sessions for clients to familiarize them with the payroll system, including user interfaces, reporting tools, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to support clients during and after implementation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in payroll management to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure their payroll needs are met effectively.

 


Key Requirements:

  • Perform accurate payroll computations, considering all relevant factors such as taxes, benefits, and statutory deductions.
  • Stay updated on Indian wage laws and regulations to ensure compliance in payroll processing.
  • Manage payroll operations, including statutory and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Handle India-specific Investment, Tax, and Benefits components within the payroll system.
  • Utilize reporting and analytics tools to generate insights from payroll data, contributing to informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payroll processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of payroll data

 


 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience 3 to 4 years in payroll implementation, preferably with a software vendor or consulting firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and related technologies, with experience in configuration and customization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented approach, with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide innovative solutions.
  • Prior experience with Darwinbox Payroll Implementation is a plus.
