We are creating the Middle East’s local digital champion and are looking for world-class talent to

join our team.


What you’ll do:

● Implement campaigns and optimize the CRM performance of Noon marketplaces to

drive traffic, engagement and retention

● Be thorough with any CRM tool (Braze) in terms of learning & executing new features and

following best practices based on industry benchmarking

● Run day to day operations including coordinating with cross functional

teams (merchandising, design, content and different marketplaces)

and execute daily campaigns

● Be able to review channel performance data and optimize campaigns

accordingly

● Good communication skills and manage expectations with internal and external

stakeholders

● Brainstorm new ways to segment and target different types of users and focusing on

constantly evolving the channel


What you’ll need:

● Bachelor’s or an equivalent degree with min. 1 year of relevant CRM experience

● Hands-on experience with using a CRM tool (Clevertap, Braze, etc)

● Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environment

● Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills

● History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done

● Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results
