We have an Urgent opening for the position of " Inside Sales Executive " at one of our reputed clients @ their Andheri - East, Mumbai, Maharashtra Location.


The candidate will look after day-to-day sales activities & respond to sales inquiries calm & friendly manner & understand their requirements.


Job Location: - Andheri - East, Mumbai - Maharashtra

Designation: - Inside Sales Executive / Senior Inside Sales Executive ( Depending upon experience )

Rolls: - On-Rolls.

Educational Qualification: - Graduate / Post Graduate (Preferably from an engineering background). Only Engineers need apply.

Salary: - Between 4 - 6 Lacs Per Annum & based on complete interview evaluation process.

Experience – Minimum 3 – 8 Years of experience

Job Nature: - Full Time / Work from Office.


Key Responsibilities –


  • Respond to Sales enquiries & understanding their requirements.
  • Answering inbound sales calls and converting them into new opportunities.
  • Engage potential customers in dialogue that opens opportunities.
  • Generating qualified leads and opportunities for Sales team.
  • Provide information regarding product/service in an engaging manner.
  • Mailing required details like brochures, product profile to clients.
  • Preparing & Updating enquires records and do regular follow up with client & inside sales team.
  • Forwarding prospective / qualified leads to concern sale person / sales team.
  • Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active & passive lead available digitally and in hard copy form.
  • Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
  • Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
  • Liaising with other departments and the client to provide the pre-sales support most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
  • Maintain an effective tracking system for all sales lead and client activities of company.
  • Inform clients and sales person about lead status and unforeseen delays or problems.

Technical / Functional Skills :


  • Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets using v-lookup and pivot tables.
  • Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn.
  • Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence.
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure customers get awesome experience from company product
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to relate cordially with team members, customers, colleagues, management, etc.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
