Growth Accelerator Marketer

to manage the marketing portfolio of our DigitalRecruiter™ App and drive our global growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities: Growth & Strategy:

Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that scale and grow DigitalRecruiter™ App as a global SaaS and freelance recruiter platform. Community Building:

Build, manage, and engage a thriving global community of recruiters, talent acquisition professionals, and freelancers. Global Market Expansion:

Develop strategies for growing the platform's presence and user base across different global markets. B2C Expertise:

Implement marketing initiatives to grow our B2C presence and enhance customer engagement on the platform. Partnership Management:

Build and manage relationships with partners to expand the reach and capabilities of the platform. Content Creation & Strategy:

Serve as the lead content strategist and creator, driving messaging that resonates with our global audience and aligns with the brand's voice. Freelancing Platform Growth:

Design and execute marketing initiatives that help scale our platform as a leading hub for freelance recruiters and talent acquisition professionals. Data-Driven Growth:

Utilize data and analytics to track growth, identify opportunities, and optimize marketing performance.

Must-Haves: Proven experience in

scaling global SaaS platforms

or freelancing marketplaces. SaaS industry experience

with a deep understanding of B2C marketing. Experience in

community building

and

global community management . Demonstrated experience in growing

global freelancing platforms . Strong knowledge of

content creation

and strategic planning. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience managing

partnership networks

and working with external partners.

Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in the SaaS industry. Demonstrated ability to scale platforms or apps in a global context. A strategic thinker with strong leadership skills.
