National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is a unique Public Private Partnership that plays a pivotal role in furthering India’s skill building agenda. It is tasked with creating skill training capacity, incentivizing and funding skilling initiatives, fostering private sector participation and facilitating skills delivery across priority sectors. NGS Global has been retained by NSDC to fulfill the position. Description: Purpose: This is a leadership role; this position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the Organization’s, skill development programs and schemes. The role will oversee the process of selecting, empaneling and monitoring partnerships with various Training centers. The role will also be responsible for designing and implementing robust monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks to assess the impact and outcomes of the skill development projects and schemes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the empanelment process for training centers, onboarding the relevant parties such as inspection agencies for ensuring regular monitoring and evaluation for NSDC affiliated partner centers. Understand the accreditation & affiliation guidelines and process government schemes & private schemes, NSQF and guidelines. Design and implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of programs and initiatives. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluation metrics to track progress and outcomes. Conduct regular evaluations, data analysis, and reporting to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Coordinate with the Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) and Inspection agency to complete the accreditation process. Manage the continuous monitoring of Training Centers and facilitate the process of renewal of Accreditation and Affiliation. Gathering, Collating, analyzing and validating placements related data submitted by the Training Partners (TPs). Build strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders and share the implementation progress with the same. Ensure smooth co-ordination with the relevant stakeholders such as inspection agencies, training centers and training providers. Assertive in communicating clear directions and setting expectations with the internal & external stakeholders. Review and coordinate planning and execution of Training Centers physical inspection of market led programs. Anchor development of Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks for various programs, research methodology and tool development. Lead Development of Business requirement documents. Conceptualize and oversee Impact Assessment studies. Guidance and inputs on monitoring visits, analysis of data, compilation of reports, and coodination between business teams and MEL. Education Qualifications: Master of Business Administration/ Public Administration/ Social Work/ Human Resources. Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Proctoring, Monitoring and Evaluation of projects. Language Skills: Must be fluent in English and Hindi. Local language would be added advantage.
