Role description:


We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Marketing and Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and a proven track record in business development. This role will be responsible for driving the agency's growth through effective marketing strategies and client acquisition.



What you’ll do

  • Implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.
  • Work with the team to plan the inward and outward funnel for marketing
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation methods.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling IPs (online and offline), marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative strategies.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to track performance and begin identify areas for improvement quarter-on-quarter.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients
  • Have a keen sense of branding and the industry to know what will work to market the firm.
  • Have an understanding of design and be quick to pick up softwares like Figma.
  • Be up-to-date with social media trends and content to execute a comprehensive plan for PS// Marketing across platforms like Instagram, offline events, internal newsletters and internal events.
  • Have at least 2+ years of experience in managing a role like this
  • Preferable qualification - undergrad / MBA in sales and marketing.



About You


  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and sales
  • Experience in professional client relationship management
  • Possess a strong curiosity, ability to deal with ambiguity and work autonomously
  • You’re a natural collaborator with experience working as part of a team.
  • You have a keen appreciation for good design and creativity, and understand the creative process
  • You’re curious and good at asking questions to solve complex problems.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with working knowledge of excel and presentation development.
  • Preferable qualification - undergrad / MBA in sales and marketing.
