Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end UX research initiatives, from defining research objectives and methodologies to synthesizing insights and presenting findings to stakeholders. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis, to gain insights into user needs and preferences. Mentor and coach junior researchers and designers, providing guidance on research best practices, methodologies, and techniques. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate user research insights into the product development lifecycle and drive informed design decisions. Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to align research goals with business objectives and user needs. Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the importance of research in creating meaningful and impactful user experiences. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX research and design, and share knowledge with the team. Qualification - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field. 4+ years of experience conducting UX research for digital products and services, with a focus on qualitative and quantitative research methods. Proven track record of leading complex research initiatives and delivering actionable insights that inform product strategy and design decisions. Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and empower team members to excel in their roles. Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design decisions. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate research findings and recommendations to diverse audiences. Strategic mindset with the ability to align research objectives with business goals and user needs.
