Assistant Vice President- Sales & Marketing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Will be responsible for handling sales and marketing activities for the premium residential projects in Hyderabad.
  • Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the accomplishment of projected sales targets.
  • Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.
  • Developing the complete marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive sales volume.
  • Customer Relationship Management - Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions.
  • Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.
  • To handhold, the customer through the pre-sales post-sales process till possession.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, monthly MIS of nature of activities.
