Primary responsibilities: Generate comprehensive lease transaction reports, providing detailed insights into financial activities related to leases. Post accrual journals accurately, reflecting the financial impact of lease transactions on the organization's books. Review AP transactions, with a specific focus on leases, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for accurate reporting. Participate in the financial close process, meeting established deadlines and quality standards.

Additional requirement Display good team player skills. Responsible for own learning and development with guidance from L&R Finance FSS- Head Participate in functional and technical training. Ensure complying with KPIs. Ensure a ‘customer centric’ and ‘partnership approach’ to develop strong relationships with other working groups. Provide information to the regional controller on work accomplishments, problems, progress in work processes, individuals, and team needs. Provide quality service/ advice in accordance with agreed service standards.

Experience: +7 Yrs Should have understanding of Lease & Rent, knows the Lease Accounting Standard, experience with liasoning with vendors, has SAP/MSD Knowledge.

Education : MBA/ PGDM
