National Key Account Manager

Main Purpose of Job

Build and develop relationships with Key Accounts at a National Level. Develop Joint Business Plans by aligning customer objectives, needs and KPI's with Nestlé's business objectives to drive Profitable and Sustained growth. Develop strategy for shoppers on Key Accounts basis customer/channel insights. Give inputs to S&M Manager on marketing opportunities on Retailer platforms: develop and execute marketing campaigns leveraging Retailer’s capabilities

Key Account Management and Growth Strategies

· Drive sales growth through strategic management of key accounts:

· Lead trade negotiations and implement best practices to foster profitable growth for Nestle.

· Utilize channels to develop and launch New Product Developments (NPDs) and collaborate with key accounts to drive trials and loyalty for key Nestlé brands.

· Cultivate win-win relationships with Retailers and align customer investments with Joint Business Plan (JBP) objectives.

· Develop shopper insights in collaboration with key accounts to support brand objectives.


Marketplace Optimization

· Collaborate with the seller ecosystem to devise logistics solutions aimed at cost reduction, inventory management, and enhanced customer fill rates.

· Guide the team in maximizing Retailer capabilities for effective Content execution on marketplace.


Staying Ahead of the Curve

· Stay abreast of evolving models, processes, and best practices in the industry to inform marketing plans based on shopper insights.

· Foster relationships with competition and channel partners to enhance marketing strategies.
