Manager- Business Strategy

The role of a Strategic business is to draft the broad business strategy for next 3-5 years and identify business opportunities to drive the growth through implementation of Strategy. Work with and suggest management the needs and develop a plan for the chosen areas and departments, mostly on a 3-5 year window from present. Plan and execute a management strategy for the organization and for new and existing products or services Oversee the implementation of the strategy and goals Develop alternative strategies as and when needed. Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the plan if necessary with information to the management team Provide tools and materials to the Management to enable the organization function effectively Report on the effectiveness of strategy and advise countermeasures. Utilize data for feedback, utilizing the organization's databases and external data. Identify new business opportunities, TOM, approach and update to management. Conduct market research studies if needed. Education Qualification: Minimum education: Master’s degree in Science, MBA preferred from Premier institute Experience Required : 10-15+ years minimum experience in either marketing and/or analysis in the medical devices industry. 5+ years experience in areas like study business process evaluation, business management, analysis and design, business systems analysis and technology, business trends, and requirements documentation are helpful.
