You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, establishing strong customer relationships, and expanding the market presence of the company's products within the industry. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. Collaborate with senior management to align sales efforts with the overall business goals. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, including setting targets, providing coaching and training, and conducting performance evaluations. Foster a motivated and results-oriented sales team. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders. Understand their needs, address concerns, and provide appropriate solutions. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging market trends. Utilize this information to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company's customer base and market share. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's diesel genset products. Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets. Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed to ensure objectives are met. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Lead negotiations with clients, dealers, and partners to reach favorable agreements. Ensure timely and successful closure of sales deals. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's diesel genset products, features, and technical specifications. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements. Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review. Provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis of sales data. Travel: Engage in regular travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit dealers and distributors to strengthen relationships and monitor market trends. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in sales within the diesel genset industry or a closely related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Technical knowledge of diesel generator sets and power generation systems. Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools. Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets. Willingness to travel frequently. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. Adaptability to a dynamic and evolving industry landscape.
