Role will be based out of Head Office, Gurugram.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Field Service Coordinator will be assisting the Head Field support for all aftersales activities related to field at the region. Role & Responsibility majorly include- Ensure Business plan & target achievement for the region assigned. Support to field team / coordination with various departments basis need. Monitoring dealer wise KPI & coordinating with respective Regional & Area Manager for Improvement. Monitoring the visit schedule of field team & review of action plan & visit reports. Monitor customer complaints & escalations. MIS & report preparation for the field team & Management review. Regular audits, evaluations to monitor dealership performance. Warranty approvals, audits, parts scrapping monitoring etc. Implementation of all Initiatives planned. Any other duties expected from the position & requested by respective manager.

Required Qualifications - B.Tech/BE (Mech / Automobile)

Required Competencies 8 to 10 years of experience in Automobile company in field operations. Preference would be passenger car experience. Energetic, self-motivated, good planner & strong implementer Creative, Analytical Skills, Good industry awareness & Excellent communication skills Good Interpersonal skills in terms of Dealer Management, Staff Handling & Customer grievance management. Presentation Skills Proficient in MS office
