Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Proposal Writers, guiding them through pre-sales activities.
- Collaborate with senior management on proposal strategies and objectives.
- Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) meticulously.
- Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities, coordinating with contributors, and ensuring proposal quality.
- Develop compelling proposals, assemble necessary information, and ensure adherence to standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with proposals.
- Maintain proposal-writing standards and databases to ensure quality results.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in pre-sales.
- Proficiency in delivering high-quality documentation with keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in client acquisition and deal closure.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, B2B Sales Tools, etc.
