A Learning Innovation Expert drives the development and implementation of cutting-edge learning and development strategies within the organization. The ideal candidate should be a visionary who can identify emerging trends and technologies in the field of learning and apply them to enhance employees' skills and knowledge. You will be working as a part of Learning Content Design & Development team which is responsible for the creation, curation and deployment of various training modules across Accenture. In Innovative Learning Solutions team,you will need to design & develop learning solutions that leverages innovative techniques like XR based learning,social & collaborative learning.Solutions should provide an immersive learner experience and create opportunities for learning that can be delivered anytime,integrate formal and informal learning,create sustainable learning environments etc. to engage learners and improve retention. Examples: Performance simulations,AR,VR, gaming,mobile learning What are we looking for? • Adaptable and flexible • Ability to perform under pressure • Problem-solving skills • Detail orientation • Ability to establish strong client relationship A bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, organizational development, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
