About the role:


This role manages all the learning activities at both the units of Star Hospital. The incumbent will be delivering the standard training programs from new hire orientation to managerial development.


Job Description

Partner with the key stakeholders at the unit to identify core business training needs, design appropriate learning solutions and execute those Programs using the best available tools and methods.

Partner with other departments to plan, deploy and track the department’s training agenda.

Use data analytics to measure and improve performance support through training.


Required Skillset

A dynamic training professional with 10 – 15 years of core L&D experience with any Graduate or Postgraduate

Excellent facilitation skills

Experience of effective management of front-line training

Experience of supervisory/managerial development

Outstanding organizing and problem-solving skills.

Candidates working from Hospitals, Hospitality, retails sectors will be preferred.
