ABOUT THE ROLE As an L&D Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals enhance their skills and knowledge. By providing training and development opportunities, you will contribute to our company’s success and ensure that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles. You will be responsible for drafting and driving the overall Training charter for different LOBs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conceptualize and Implement learning and development initiatives Evaluate Training effectiveness Develop learning materials and resources Utilize technology for learning Budget Management Collaborate with stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as an L&D Manager / Training Manager Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices Experience in project management and budgeting Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Attention to detail and being data-driven Experience in managing large teams Experience in drafting and implementing Training Programs Strong communication and organizational skills Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
