Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and goals for SAGE Intacct implementation. Conduct system configuration and customization based on client requirements, including chart of accounts setup, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other financial modules. Assist clients in data migration, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of financial data from legacy systems to SAGE Intacct. Perform system integration tasks, including connecting SAGE Intacct with third-party applications, such as CRM systems or payroll software. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the system's functionality, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of SAGE Intacct and can effectively utilize the system. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation process, working closely with technical support and development teams when necessary. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project milestones are achieved and implementation projects are delivered on time and within budget. Stay up to date with the latest features and enhancements of SAGE Intacct and provide recommendations to clients on best practices and system optimizations. Document implementation processes, system configurations, and client-specific customizations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
