Deputy General Manager - India Business Development

Purpose of the role: The objective of this role is to ensure to add identified & synergistic products to our portfolio through strategic partnerships.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities: • New Products Ideation: Work closely with Medical, Commex, Commercial, BD, SCM, R&D teams to put together the New Products of interest • Building External alliances: Identify external partners and build relationships • Co-ordination with Internal stakeholders: Working with the BSV internal teams and managing the process to facilitate the assessment and decision making. • On-boarding Desired products through Negotiations to achieve BSV requirements • Contribution to overall P&L by successfully launching of the products in the market

Requisite for the role: · 10+ years of experience in business development within pharma industry · Expertise in building new strategic partnerships and in-licensing opportunities
