- Inspection Engineer:
- Inspection data gathering and analysis for IDMS implementation.
- Reviews inspection data and assists RBI evergreening or corrosion study validation.
- Thorough knowledge in ASME Codes, API Codes (API 510, 570 and 653)
- Corrosion Engineer:
- Experience in corrosion review, damage mechanism assignment as per API 571 , estimate corrosion rates, assessing integrity operating windows as per API 584
- Experience in collecting operating, design and corrosion related data for RBI / Mechanical integrity management
- Integrity/Inspection Data Engineer:
- Should able to read and understand engineering documents like P&IDs, PFDs, SLDs, Data sheets, etc
- MS office tools like Excel, Word, Access database
- Knowledge in NDT Techniques
- Excellent in coordination and maintaining relationship with Customer
- API 510/570 Certification
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
- BE/ME – Mechanical/ Metallurgy Engineering.
- API 571/510/570
- No requirement for QA/QC and welding inspection/Corrosion experience profile
- Should have experience in Oil & Gas Refinery
