Role/Designation: Embedded Systems Trainer and Facilitator Experience: 1-3 years Education: Bachelor (Preferred) Location: Mangalore Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Trainer And Facilitator to join our team at InUnity LLP. As an Embedded Systems Trainer And Facilitator, you will be responsible for training and mentoring junior employees in the field of embedded systems. This is a full-time position based in Mangaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in embedded systems development and possess a strong understanding of Arduino, Python, Electronic System Design, C programming, mentoring, and web research skills. Qualifications and Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in embedded systems development Strong knowledge of Arduino, Python, Electronic System Design, and C programming Experience in mentoring and training others Ability to conduct research and stay updated with the latest industry trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for teaching and willingness to inspire and empower junior employees Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field Familiar with using microcontrollers, microprocessors & development boards like Arduino, ESP8266, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, Jetson Nano etc. Good programming skills in C and Python. Experience of working with various sensors and actuators to build projects for specific applications. Knowledge of Electronic Design and developing hardware circuit boards by configuring & soldering electronic components accordingly. Familiar with Computer Vision concepts. Familiarity with I2C, SPI and UART communications. Aptitude to Web Research. Passionate and willing to learn new age technologies. Strong communication skills. Good temperament, friendly and cheerful disposition. Capable of building projects or proof of concepts from ideas stage with available resources. Well-read and interested to know more about the latest technologies and scientific breakthroughs. Good proficiency with Github and Google tools (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides). Desirable Skills: Experience in Product Development. Good implementable knowledge of Design Thinking Process. Knowledge of PCB Design for EDA application with schematic capture, printed circuit board layout & auto-routing. Knowledge on APIs and Communication protocols (HTTP, MQTT etc). Knowledge on wireless technologies like Bluetooth, BLE or WiFi. Implementable knowledge on cloud services like Adafruit IO, IFTTT, Blynk IoT, Arduino IoT Cloud, Google Firebase, AWS etc. Experience in Mobile application development. Data Visualization and Data analytics fostering AIoT. Have conducted extensive research and has been associated with patents. Experience in IIoT. Implementable knowledge on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. (Add-on) SLAM implementation. (Add-on) Roles and Responsibilities Conduct Classes (2 hours): Conduct and lead courses, classes and programmes related to Embedded and IoT. Engagement of maximum of 10 batches per week. Evaluate and document effectiveness of courses and implement changes accordingly. Coordinate with Experts: Arrange necessary resources for expert sessions. Manage expert sessions, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday) - organizing external sessions along with Industry Experts. Curriculum Development: Develop, review and revise curriculum and training resources for 4 Semesters. Create and update content, structure, pedagogy and projects. Innovation and Initiatives: Establish targets for the vertical in a semester Propose and execute innovative ideas within the vertical. Demonstrate achievements by the end of each semester. Collaborate with students on research projects. Mentor students in project development, guiding them in implementing technology to build their projects. Understand the process of technology commercialization and Intellectual Property conversion for guiding students to implement it in their project building. Encourage and support students in external events and competitions. Industry Engagement: Establish connections with companies in the vertical. Organize relevant activities and engagements. Organize hackathons for students. Arrange expert talks.
