Job Description : 1.Round trip Container Ship Stowage planning for our vessels across regions. 2.Responsible for Central Stowage Planning of Container vessel's stability and safety. 3.Maintaining high standards of safety for Container stowage of Container Ships – no compromise in the safety of our vessels, crew, and Container. 4.Optimization of vessels to ensure safe and maximum vessel utilization with minimum operational costs. 5.Goals for the team include focusing on Trim Optimization, Restow Management, Crane Split, efficient stowage Planning and Performing Master Plan. 6.Accountable for planning related matters on vessels under individual responsibility. 7.Follow up with terminals and vessel command and executing our stowage plans to ensure smooth operations. 8.Close communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders; adopt a proactive approach in discussing stowage matters with our stakeholders. 9.Evaluating the suitability of deployment and intake of vessels based on vessel characteristics and trade requirements. 10.Taking care of administrative matters such as accurate system updates, record keeping, etc. 11.Establishes and continuously review Planning SOPs. 12.Approval of COD’s, special cargo applications. 13.Minimizing water ballast within safe limits to increase fuel savings. 14.Participate in port time reduction projects as and when required and review periodically for developments.
